Service Technician
Maintain, diagnose and repair HVAC equipment (primarily residential)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess HVAC needs.
- Recommend HVAC equipment, maintenance plans, and indoor air quality solutions.
- Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Explain product features, energy efficiency benefits, financing options, and warranties.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
- Stay current on HVAC products, industry trends, and local building codes.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous sales experience required; HVAC, construction, or home improvement sales experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and energy-efficient products.
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and closing skills.
Ability to travel to customer locations.
Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to walk job sites and inspect installation areas.
