Customer Service Representative
Prudential Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Louisville. You’ll help customers schedule HVAC service and maintenance, answer questions, and make sure their needs are communicated clearly to the right team members.
Pay
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and respond to emails, messages, and voicemails
- Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and book service and maintenance appointments
- Assist with appointment changes, customer concerns, and follow-up calls
- Enter accurate customer and appointment information in SuccessWare
- Communicate important appointment details to Dispatch and other team members
- Help customers with routine service, billing, and payment questions
- Follow company processes and provide a positive customer experience
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service, scheduling, or office experience preferred
HVAC or home service experience is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
Ability to stay professional under pressure and pay attention to detailsWillingness to work as part of a team
