Ventilation

Ventilation will bring fresh outside air into your home and exhaust stale air while not restricting air flow for proper filtration. A ventilator assists your air conditioner in cooling your home and in lowering your utility bills as well. An attic ventilator will exhaust the hot air from your attic and bring in cooler air from outside. This circulation or air greatly reduces the heat load on your home and allows your air conditioner to work more efficiently to cool your home.

An ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) or HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) will bring in fresh, outdoor air without sacrificing comfort. They both have a heat exchanger that transfers the energy, and in some cases humidity, from the ongoing, stale air to the incoming fresh air. Adding a ventilator will make you more comfortable and save you money on your utility bills.

Combining filtration and ventilation ensures that you will get the freshest air possible. While a state-of-the-art filtration system keeps unwanted particles out, your ventilation system works simultaneously to circulate new air for optimum freshness.

Below are some of the ventilation products that Prudential offers to make your home more comfortable. Please give us a call if you have any questions or would like to schedule a meeting with a knowledgeable sales representative.
