“I called your company for service on July 9th, after recommendations from my parents and in-laws. On July 10th, your technician came out to assess air flow problems in my home. He was very detailed and specific as to what the problems were. We have a new home and have had nothing but problems since we moved in. I just wanted the problems fixed right after 1 ½ years.
On July 19th, your technicians returned in 100 degree heat, in the attic to install elbows and baffles in all the lines. They weren’t real happy about the heat index, but they did it anyway and did a GREAT job.
