Our service department, installation department and maintenance program have all been designed with our customers in mind to create a pleasant experience that leaves you feeling comfortable and satisfied. From a Prudential Service Call:



24 Hour Service


It's easy for a company to say they offer 24-hour service, but as well all know, saying and doing are completely different.  At Prudential we always have a minimum of three technicians on call 24 hours a day.  Give us a call when you need us the most, we'll answer!

Prompt, Convenient Serivce


We realize your time is extremely valuable.  We will schedule a time in advance to perform your service at a time that is convenient for you.  Prudential maintains over 20 service technicians so that we can serve your heating and cooling needs in a timely fashion.  Our regular service hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.  We are also available after regular hours and on weekends to ensure your comfort.

No Surprises

Our service dispatcher will call you to inform you when a qualified service technician is on his way.  Our technicians drive marked Prudential vans and wear Prudential uniforms so you will always know who is coming into your home.  Our trucks are equipped with GPS devices to ensure a technician can get to your home as quickly as possible.

Trained Professionals

Prudential maintains a full-time technical trainer whose sole job is not ensure our technicians are properly trained so they can work efficiently and fix the problem correctly - the first time!   We also have a live training lab where mechanics are trained on new products and are able to learn about changes in the industry.  We do not use subcontractors, so all persons representing Prudential will be actual Prudential employees and provide you with the quality work that you expect.

Cleanliness

Our service technicians wear clean uniforms and shoe covers and use drop cloths, when necessary, to keep your home clean.  The service will be performed in a neat and workmanlike manner.  We feel as though your home should be cleaner when we leave than when we arrived.  We'll treat your home as if it were our own.

Communication


If a new thermostat is installed, a technician will help you with its new features to ensure you know how to operate your new heating and air conditioning system.  This is an opportune time to inquire about maintenance. Our maintenance program helps keep your new equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably for years to come. When he is finished, the technician will go over an invoice with you to explain what he did as well as go over any additional questions or concerns that you may have.   We will keep a copy of your invoice in a file to maintain a maintenance record that is specific to you and your equipment.

Advanced Scheduling, Prompt Arrival


Your job will be scheduled in advance and the Prudential crew will be on your job when promised.  We will schedule a time that is convenient for you.  All of the communication from the company will run through one person, our installation scheduler.  This provides for less confusion and more efficient operation.

Accuracy

An installation supervisor will check your job before the crew arrives to ensure accuracy and make sure the proper materials needed to complete your job are available.  Custom fabricated sheet metal fittings will be manufactured in our fabrication shop specifically for your job - nothing is done "off the rack" and then made to fit.  Supervisors will monitor progress throughout your installation to ensure time and cost budgets are met.
